  16. I ship packages all over the world by many different carrier companies, 
  17. NONE will do international COD. This includes, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, 
  18. Purolator and Canpar.

  20. Canpar has stated that they will be doing Canada -> US COD in 1996.
